The problem

The team was using AI by instinct, everyone their own way, with no shared method and no time to learn it properly.

The solution

Hands-on classroom training, not slides: a shared session on the fundamentals, then modules tailored to each role, built on the team's real work.

The team was already using AI, but everyone in their own way: some with a few improvised prompts, others who had never tried it on their own work. What was missing was a shared method, not another theory lecture on "what AI is".

We built the training in two layers. First a shared session for everyone: what AI actually does today, its limits, responsible use (privacy, data, regulation), with concrete examples drawn from everyday work, not generic slides. Then modules tailored to each role: people writing documents, emails and communications work on productivity and summarising; developers work on AI coding agents, context, reviewing generated code and automations.

Every session is hands-on: built around a real problem someone in the room actually has, not a canned example. By the end the team keeps the materials, the recording, and prompts and flows already ready to reuse the next day, so independence doesn't depend on us.
