Your second brain: structure and method so you never start from zero

The problem

Information, decisions and context scattered across chats, emails and documents: every new AI conversation started from scratch.

The solution

A structured second brain (the PARA method) that any AI assistant can read and update, with ready-made templates and clear rules on what goes where.

The problem was never "which AI to use": it's that every AI, every time, started knowing nothing about decisions already made, clients, ongoing projects. Context scattered across notes, chats and documents, never in the same place twice.

We built a second brain: a folder and note structure (the PARA method: Projects, Areas, Resources, Archive) with explicit rules on what to write and where, designed from day one to be read and updated by an AI assistant, not just a person. An instructions file guides any agent (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini) on how to move through the structure, and a verification script checks that a brand-new assistant can actually find its way around on first open.

The same structure works for a single person (their own personal second brain) or for a whole company (a shared company-brain): the difference is who writes and who reads, not the method. Training is part of the work, not an extra: handing over the structure isn't enough, the team needs to learn how to keep it alive, what to write when a decision gets made, how to update it after every project.

The base template is public and open source, proof of the method on the ground before even talking about it: the tailored version for a team adds the flows, automations and integrations specific to whoever uses it every day.
