What the video shows: every week, the same spreadsheet with broken formulas. WeGrocery, rebuilt from scratch, puts group orders, payments and accounts in one app. For members: the balance always in view and orders in a few taps. Online card payments through Stripe: balance top-ups, pay per order, settling up with refunds to the card. For admins: cycles, treasury and stats in one panel. Accounts that add up: corrections never rewrite the ledger's history, payments, refunds and charges are verified every night, and closing a cycle is all or nothing. Plus family orders, a phone app, a searchable guide, Italian and English. Open source under the MIT licence: your group, your brand.

Problem
Group buying clubs coordinate shared orders by hand, between spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and bank transfers to reconcile, with mistakes and wasted time on every cycle.
Solution
A single open-source platform (MIT licence), rebuilt from scratch: orders, a prepaid balance, card payments through Stripe and a treasury in the same app, with a new phone-first design. Any group launches it under its own name, logo, language and colours, with no custom development: when we improve the platform, every group gets the update at once.

For members
- A prepaid balance always in view, with the balance after the order computed as you go
- The order saves as you go, even across devices, and the last one comes back in one tap
- Family orders: shared cart, balance and history, each person with their own email
- Sign-in with an email link or code, an app to install on the phone, a searchable guide
Payments with Stripe
- Card top-ups: the balance updates on its own as soon as the payment is confirmed
- Or every order is paid by card, and at the end of the cycle "Settle up" refunds any overpayment to the card
- Refunds recorded one by one, with an alert to the member and the admins if one fails
- Bank transfer with a copyable IBAN, and cash payments recorded by the admin
For admins
- Order cycles with opening, closing and pickup, shipping split flat or proportionally
- Supplier price lists imported from Excel or CSV, an order sheet sent to the supplier and read back on return
- A treasury with top-ups, outgoing payments and member balances, stats on products, suppliers and participation
- Members and roles, with duplicate accounts merged in one tap
Accounts that add up
- Corrections never rewrite history: every change to an entry is a traceable reversal
- All-or-nothing cycle close: the database rejects a second charge for the same cycle
- A nightly check of payments, refunds and charges, plus automatic database backups
- Your group's name, logo, colours and language (Italian or English) from one setting, with no code changes
