From website form to WhatsApp chat, with an offer that converts
The problem
People who submit the form with their tattoo idea go cold before the studio follows up, and the discounts sent out go unused.
The solution
On form submit an automated WhatsApp goes out with a randomly drawn discount; then an AI assistant continues the chat in 3 languages, collects the details and keeps the lead warm until the studio takes over.

The studio gets requests from its website: interested people fill in a form with their tattoo idea and a few reference images. The problem was the gap that opens up next: the studio can't reply to everyone right away, and while they wait the lead goes cold or the discount they were offered is forgotten.
We closed that gap. As soon as the form comes in, an automated WhatsApp message goes out assigning the person a randomly drawn promotional amount: the discount becomes a small personal surprise, not a one-size-fits-all banner. From there an AI assistant replies right on WhatsApp, in the user's language (it handles English, Spanish and German): it confirms the request has arrived and that the studio is reviewing it, answers questions about styles, aftercare and how the process works, and collects the useful details (style, size, placement).
The assistant doesn't quote prices, because the studio sets those based on the project: its job is to keep the conversation alive, make the person feel looked after and gently nudge them to use the offer, until the studio takes over the lead.
The result: discounts that used to go unused are redeemed about twice as often, because someone (the AI) actually walks the person from the form to the decision.
