Stellar Reviews is a complete review management system across platforms (Google, Tripadvisor and Booking), built on the most advanced AI models. Every day it gathers new reviews and prepares personalised reply drafts in your style, getting better over time from your feedback. You read them and publish them: the final word is always yours.

It reads new reviews from Google, Tripadvisor and Booking and drafts a reply in the reviewer's own language.
Your property's voice
Drafts follow your tone: pick a ready-made style (friendly, warm, formal) and sharpen the profile with notes on how you write.
Rewrite in one click
From any draft, ask for a shorter, more formal or warmer version, or give your own instruction.
You do the publishing
You copy the draft, paste it on the platform and mark it “Published”. Stellar Reviews never publishes anything on its own.
Sensitive reviews first
Low ratings and complaints are highlighted. You can filter by platform, stars and date range.
Several properties, one team
Switch between properties and invite teammates with different roles: owner, operator, read-only.
Email digest
Ready drafts reach you by email every day, week or month, as you prefer, with notifications in the app.
On your phone too
It works on phone, tablet and computer, and installs as an app on your home screen.
Transparent about AI
Drafts are marked as AI-generated (AI Act, art. 50). Anyone can check a text at stellar.flylabs.ai/verifica.
Multilingual, data kept safe
It replies in the reviewer's language. Data stays in Europe (Frankfurt) with a GDPR-ready DPA, and drafts meet the AI Act's transparency rules.
Does it work with Booking and Tripadvisor?

Stellar Reviews is live at stellar.flylabs.ai. From €24 a month (excl. VAT), with a free plan and a 14-day trial of the Premium features. For now, access is by invitation.
Coming platforms are not included in the plans until they are available.
